Adult Learners

N.B. DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS SITUATION, LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE BOTH ONLINE OR IN PERSON (WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES IMPLEMENTED)

Alongside her performing career, Chloe has a passion for teaching singing and music and has been building up a private studio of students over the past 5 years.

Her students range from all ages and abilities and she relishes the variety that this brings, tailoring her approach very much to the individual's needs.

She has a holistic approach to the voice and incorporates elements of Alexander technique and Yoga within her teaching, as well as the dramatic art of performance. Alongside this she has a working knowledge of Italian, French and German and can offer guidance in the linguistic challenges of singing this repertoire.

She is experienced at guiding students through the ABRSM system, but is just as happy to curate lessons based purely on the students individual aims and objectives: including (and perhaps most importantly) learning simply for the joyful experience of singing!

"Chloe is very knowledgable about music. She has a delightful manner and her enthusiasm and sense of fun enliven her teaching. Lessons are a joy and she inspires me to practice and improve. I would thoroughly recommend her"

Andrew, Bass - baritone

"Chloe is an excellent teacher on so many levels. She is patient and knows how to instill confidence in her students. Her knowledge of technique is vast, and through this my voice has developed in ways I'd never imagined possible.  She also pays close attention to the dramatic element of singing, offering new ways into accessing the music. Chloe has a warm, friendly approach and has helped me to develop into a more confident singer - I can't recommend her highly enough."
